Our Doctors

Dr. Eric Mack, D.C.

Dr. Eric Mack is a 2012 graduate of Life University located in Marietta, Georgia. Dr. Mack grew up in Cleveland, Ohio where he attended John Hay High School. While in high school Dr. Mack was a 3-year starter and letter winner in basketball and he was a 2-year starter and letter winner in football and baseball. After graduating from John Hay High School, Dr. Mack attended Ohio University where he played football and earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Sports Sciences with an emphasis on Exercise Physiology in 2008.

After chiropractic school, Dr. Mack moved back to Cleveland, Ohio in 2013 where he worked and searched for a good opportunity to begin his career. In July 2015 Dr. Mack moved to Columbus to really get his career rolling and promote a healthier lifestyle through chiropractic.

Dr. Mack currently lives locally with his family. Outside of work he enjoys spending time with his family, working out, sporting events, participating in local basketball leagues and live music.

Dr. R. Timothy Richards

Dr. Richards graduated from The Ohio State University College of Medicine in 1994. He completed a three-year residency in Internal Medicine at Mount Carmel Medical Center in Columbus, Ohio where he was appointed Chief Medical Resident in his 3rd year.

He practiced internal medicine in a primary care setting for three years before returning to Mount Carmel as Director of the Medical House Physicians Program. After 12 years in this position, he transitioned to a private hospital group at Mount Carmel. Before his career in medicine Dr. Richards graduated from Bowling Green State University with a B.S. in Accounting and pursued a career in business working as a Medicaid Auditor for the State of Ohio as well as an administrator of a medical center. After 11 years in business, he made a life-changing decision to return to University to pursue a career in medicine.

Dr. Richards, a native of Massillon, Ohio, played football and ran track in high school and played football for one year in college. He well understands how musculoskeletal injuries, if left untreated, can adversely affect a person throughout their life.

Dr. Richards takes both a personal and professional interest in improving the quality of life of his patients. He lives in New Albany, Ohio with his wife Erin of 14 years and remains an avid runner and a Massillon Tigers fan to this day.

Physical Therapy Assistants


Matt Hatem

Matt is a 2006 graduate of Teays Valley High School. After high school, he attended Hocking College in Nelsonville, Ohio to become licensed as a Physical Therapy Assistant. In 2009, Matt joined Chiropractic & Physical Therapy Centers in Hilliard as his first job. He has been working here for a year and a half. Matt helps progress patients of varying ailments through exercise programs within the parameters of the written plan of care. He currently resides in Grandview, Ohio.

Charles Kay, MPT

C.J., originally from Youngstown, Ohio, graduated from Ohio University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Sports Sciences with an emphasis on Exercise Physiology. Upon graduation, C.J. entered the physical therapy program earning a Master’s of Physical Therapy in 2004. After relocating to Columbus, he practiced physical therapy with an emphasis on orthopedics and sports rehabilitation as well as specializing in industrial rehab. In mid-2005, C.J. was certified to perform Functional Capacity Evaluations (FCE), as well as several types of post-offer testing for several different companies.

Melissa Davis, NP

Melissa Davis is a native to Ohio. She has seen great accomplishments throughout her education from Cheer Leading to the President of her business club in High School. She moved away for a short time but returned to the state she loves, Ohio. She graduated from Ohio University and began her nursing career. Over the next 10+ years, she gained experience in Cardiology, Surgery, Case Managment and Emergency Department (to list a few). As her desire to serve others grew she went back to school and graduated with her NP. She is a board certified Nurse Practitioner.

She has a strong desire to serve those around her, to see everyone return to their optimal potential, thus allowing them to enjoy life to its fullest. She has been instrumental in helping patients who thought they couldn’t get better.
